HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
