HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
