HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Clear Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
