HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
