HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Logistics provides coverage to households and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
