HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
