HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
