HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charleston plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
