HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Tucson with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
