HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Minneapolis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
