HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
