HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Bright Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
