HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
