HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
