HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Linden Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
