HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
