HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing is a Tampa manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
