HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
