HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Raleigh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 414 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
