HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
