HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Raleigh across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
