HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
