HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
