HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Union Care Services provides in-home and community support in Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
