HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
