HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Summit Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
