HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
