HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Clear Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
