HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
