HR Business Partner - onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Keystone Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
