HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
