HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Health Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
