HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Bright Sparrow Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
