HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
