HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Early Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
