HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
