HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
