HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
