HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Summit Rook Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
