HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Northwind Sable Property Management is a Providence property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
