HR Business Partner - onboarding (Providence, RI)

Summit Juniper Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
