HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Nova West Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
