HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Summit Sable Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 345 people based in Portland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
