HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Silverline Amber Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records.
