HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
