HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Portland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Portland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
