HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Redstone Junction Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
