HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Families are partners. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
