HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
