HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Bright Yarrow Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
